I followed each step and even changed i/o settings in Pro tools. Still I was not able to print the pre recorded vocals. Do the cables matter? I used TRS cable FOR CHANNEL 3 and XLR CABLE For CHANNEL 1.

Those Klanghelm Vu meters are very useful still. I just updated to the deluxe version for $10. Gives extra controls like phase and an EQ, mono maker. I'm not using those extras much, but figured I'll do the upgrade anyway.

For home theater, can I take 38% from the back side of the room? Otherwise I’m only 1.80m away from the screen. 3m is better, I was first at around 50% (2.4m), but I can at least move the screen forward

Your video is great but I’m having a problem.I’ve hooked up everything just as you said but the volume coming out of either pair of monitors is ridiculously low leaving the “big knob” virtually useless. As for attaching my phone to listen to music; no sound at all. Any ideas? Thanks

I find doing two guitar tracks it’s impossible to get the tracks exactly the same, as far as bends and timing goes.

Is there a way to switch between monitor speakers to headphones when using an interface so i can record vocals without the speakers in the background then switch the monitors back on so i can hear what it sounds like without getting the monitor playback into the microphone?
